I have been waiting over 6 weeks for this product to arrive. I have emailed this company three times with a response of it being ‘in transit' and on its return I will get my refund. That isn't good enough . Whilst I appreciate delivery is through another agency, the product was purchased from you in good faith and you haven't resolved this issue despite me asking for your help three times. As things stand I would not recommend any purchase from this company sadly

I am still waiting for my seeds 2 weeks after ordering should gave arrived on the 18th April
Initial order didn't arrive. Seller was quick to offer a replacement, but when it arrived the glass was really poor quality. It says to expect blemishes as it's hand made,but this was rough all over. Communicated this to the seller but got no response
Couldn't have asked for more, just what I wanted, would definitely buy again
Items were delayed but I was kept up to date with progress and offered a refund if I wanted to cancel order.
