UK STANDARD DELIVERY                                                                                       

We offer Fast & Free Delivery UK Mainland Delivery on orders over £80. Orders below incur a £6.99 shipping fee.  There is no minimum order required,

We ship from the UK and most deliveries are made within 3 to 5 working days for in-stock goods to arrive.  Please note deliveries to off UK mainland may not be possible for certain products or can take a longer than our standard delivery times. ( Northern Ireland and British Isles delivery can take up to 14 Working Days for delivery - please contact us if you need orders quicker)   

Some items may have a slightly longer delivery time. If an item is out of stock or on backorder we will endeavour to contact you immediately to advise.

Most of our deliveries are made within 5 working days, but this is not a guarantee. Some of our furniture items and products are hand made and made to order which can incur up to 8 weeks lead time for delivery. We will aim to notify as soon as possible and keep you updated.   Please note that during busy periods orders can take longer to arrive ( especially the run-up to Christmas) Please allow a few more days for event or contact us for express delivery options.

Deliveries are made from 7am until 7pm and may require a signature.  Anything ordered on a Friday afternoon, during the weekend, or on a Bank Holiday will be processed the following working day.

Please note: Lost Land Interiors does not accept liability for any delivery instructions issued to the delivery company by the customer. If you leave instructions requesting a parcel to be left in a different location (e.g. shed, garage neighbour etc) we can not accept responsibility if you fail to receive your parcel.

Please note order cancellations may incur a re-stocking fee on some lines.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

For small items our delivery charges vary per country. However for larger items please email us and we will get a quote for you. Please contact us for any shipping queries.

We ship worldwide. However please check before hand as some countries may restrict imports of certain products.

Delivery out of the EU can take up 2/4 weeks. Please contact us if you need to confirm delivery date or require a quicker service.

EU deliveries are usually delivered within 10 working Days.

Please note we may not be able to delivery some products, including furniture and fragile items such as glass abroad.

RETURNS

We understand that sometimes the products you receive may not be suitable. So for any reason you may have, we are happy to accept returns and offer you an alternative or a full refund (however the cost for the postage will be down to yourselves) Just return it within 14 days in its original packaging.

DAMAGES

We take great care in making sure your items arrive to you in perfect condition, however in the rare occasion the product arrives to you damaged  or if something is missing , please notify us by email info@lostland.co.uk  within 48hours  of your delivery together with images and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you if the item is in stock or a full refund. Lost Land rerserves to right not to refund any damages and shortages reported after  48hours.We will not accept returns if the item is used, unless found to be faulty. 

General Terms and Conditions

Please note an order is accepted only once a confirmation has been sent and when dispatch has been confirmed, the contract to delivery the goods purchased will begin once the products and order has been accepted.
