The little birds didn't get a lookin!

Purchased for the little guys, as the bigger Parakeets, pigeons and the ones who sit and eat, (Goldfinches), instead of take one seed from all my feeders and go eat elsewhere.
Didn't last 5 minutes with a pigeon sitting on it with just the cups, so needed to screw it to the conservatory wood rather than using the window suckers. Over the next few days the little birds didn't get a lookin!
So, taken down until I figure out a better place for it...
