Orders and 30 Day Returns
We want you to be pleased with your order. If for any reason you are unhappy with your product and would like a refund or exchange then please return it to us within 30 days of receipt in an unused condition. Please see below for full terms and conditions. Please contact us within 14 days or receiving your order.
Faulty or damaged items.
In the unlikely event of an item arriving faulty, please contact us within 48hours of receipt by phone or email and we will be happy to arrange for a replacement.
Please note that we do not offer a delivery time frame guaranty on our standard delivery service. We do offer Express Delivery ( Next Working Day) on most items, please contact to us to arrange this. This is recommended for time sensitive deliveries.
Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt if your order is incomplete.
We are happy to replace most products but there are some exceptions that cannot be returned unless they are faulty. These products include earrings and items made to order items, including all bespoke furniture.
Products returned to us must be in a resalable condition. Products should be unused, in their original packaging with all labels attached.
With the exception of faulty goods Lost Land Interiors are not responsible for the cost of returning products to us. We always advise that you obtain a certificate of postage.
Please allow us up to 5 working days from receipt for your return to be processed.

There are a number of ways that products can be returned to us. If you are returning a product, please make sure that you complete the returns form on your delivery note and place it inside the box you are returning.
How to return a product
We are able to send you return shipping label for drop off or collection from your delivery adress, you will need to include your Invoice Number on this label and stick the label on the box you are returning. Once this is complete you may then take the box to the post office and pay the required returns amount. We kindly request that you ensure that any returned products are well protected and packed for posting, and we always advise obtaining proof of postage.
RETURNING A LARGE ITEM
Unwanted large items can be returned by using our courier collection service. The cost of this service is £4.95 per small item or £16.95 for larger items. For Extra Large furniture that require specialised shipping we may charge up £65.00 for return delivery costs. Please contact us for more details on how to arrange this service. Please note that this service cannot be used to return items of furniture.
